When you purchase event tickets through our website or authorized platforms (including GoDaddy Payments, Stripe, or PayPal), you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
All sales are final unless an event is canceled or rescheduled by SQ Entertainment.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for commercial gain without our written permission.
3. Event Access
Entry to events requires a valid ticket and government-issued ID matching the ticket purchaser’s name.
SQ Entertainment reserves the right to deny admission or remove guests from any event for reasons including, but not limited to, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violation of venue policies.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
All ticket sales are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or material change by SQ Entertainment.
If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified via email and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In the case of postponement, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
5. Photography and Media
By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
Images and footage may be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes by SQ Entertainment & Events.
